Yes, all the transportation as mentioned in the respective retreat schedule are included in the price.


Yes, Indian hospitals has the same facilities as Western countries, might be not the same brand, but you'll be able to get the medication here as well. But, remember to get those before we leave for the village, as getting all medication in the mountain would be difficult.


If you are sick, injured or in need of medical assistance, we will provide you with medical care or take you to a hospital (whichever option is needed). Or if needed we can easily get you back to the city.


No, the retreat might get too intense for pregnant women.
